Browse Available Rentals and use the application link on the rental you want. Every adult 18+ who will live in the rental should submit a separate application.

The only current listed vacancy is a room for rent at 300 Ripley Street in Columbia, Missouri for $600/month. Wi-Fi, electric, water, and utilities are included, with shared bathroom, washer/dryer available, off-street parking, AC, and central heat. See the listing page for photos and details.

No. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, or payment-card information on this website. If formal screening is needed, we will send a separate secure screening link.

A screening fee may apply if formal screening is needed. We will confirm any fee before asking you to complete that step.

Pet rules depend on the property. List any pets on the application or ask before applying, and we will confirm the current policy during follow-up.

Use the repair request form. Include the property address, affected room/area, what happened, when it started, urgency, access instructions, and photos if available.

If there is fire, immediate danger, active flooding, or a gas smell, call 911 or the appropriate utility/emergency service first. Then submit a repair request and call or message us with the details.

Use the repair form for maintenance issues. Use the contact form for lease questions, showing requests, application questions, rent/document questions, or anything not repair-related.

Yes. The repair form includes an optional photo upload field. Photos are very helpful for leaks, appliance issues, damage, pests, exterior problems, and anything hard to describe.
